I have a deep passion for exceptional events — the kind that feel intentional, alive, and thoughtfully produced from start to finish. I believe the strongest events happen when artists feel supported, and clients feel confident. When everyone involved is aligned, creativity flows more freely, energy shows up in the room, and the experience reaches another level.

After more than two decades working in Fortune 500 environments across Retail Leadership, Learning & Development, and Organizational Change Management — including transformative work with Microsoft — I learned how powerful it is when people feel supported, aligned, and trusted. That understanding shapes everything I do today in the creative and events world.

Lunascend is a boutique talent management and creative strategy agency based in New Orleans, with an office in Philadelphia, booking talent nationwide. We work with musicians, visual artists, and creative partners to support elevated experiences across corporate events, private celebrations, and cultural moments.

I understand what’s at stake for planners, brands, and organizations when booking talent — alignment, professionalism, timing, and guest experience all matter. My role is to bridge the creative and logistical sides of the process, making sure each collaboration feels natural, well-matched, and seamless from the first conversation to the final moment of the event.
