After two decades leading Fortune 500 teams in Retail Leadership, Learning & Development, and Organizational Change Management—including transformative work with Microsoft—I recognized a gap in how creative professionals are supported. Artists are celebrated for their talent, but not always paid what they deserve. Their voices are powerful, but their platforms aren’t built to last.

So I built Lunascend—a boutique talent management and creative strategy agency rooted in advocacy, empowerment, and results. Based in the heart of New Orleans, we work with musicians, visual artists, and creative entrepreneurs to elevate their craft, amplify their business acumen, and build sustainable legacies.
I bring executive-level strategy to the creative world, blending deep expertise in coaching, branding, marketing, and change management with a passion for helping people succeed.
