After more than two decades working in Fortune 500 environments across Leadership, Learning & Development, and Organizational Change Management — including transformative work with Microsoft — I developed a deep understanding of how trust, alignment, and thoughtful execution shape exceptional experiences.

Today, Lunascend is a boutique talent management and creative strategy agency representing musicians, visual artists, and creative partners for corporate events, private celebrations, and cultural experiences nationwide.

My focus is simple: creating elevated entertainment experiences that feel seamless, intentional, and memorable from the first conversation to the final moment of the event.
